General terms and conditions for treatments and payments.

Treatment by appointment only.
In case of cancellation, you are requested to give notice at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the treatment will be charged.
Prices subject to change; if time or treatment is modified on the spot, or prices on the site may be updated.
Payment must be made in cash. Payment by Bancontact Pay and/or immediate bank transfer is also accepted.
If an invoice is required, it can be sent by email within 14 days of the treatment.
In the event of late payment, a debt collection agency will have to be engaged, which will incur additional costs for you as the client.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
